2009 Celebration of Writing Contest Winners

 Judy & David are Juno award-winning children's entertainers. They have been stars of TV and the stage since1993. Their television program Judy and David's Boom Box as well as 16 albums and 4 video recordings have entertained and engaged children and adults alike. More recently, Judy and David have been working to promote physical activity and healthy living through the educational program JiggaJump and the stage versionJiggaJump Live.

Adam Sol is the author of three books of poetry, including Jeremiah, Ohio, which has just been shortlisted for the Trillium Award for Poetry.  His second book, Crowd of Sounds, won the award in 2004.  He is an English Professor at Laurentian University’s program at Georgian College in Barrie, and lives in Toronto with his wife and three sons.
